Torrey Hills Technologies Named to Inc. 5000 for Fourth Consecutive Year

( SAN DIEGO, CA, August 20, 2012) -- Inc. magazine today ranked Torrey Hills Technologies, LLC No.4465 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, an exclusive ranking of the nation¡¯s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy¡ª America¡¯s independent-minded entrepreneurs. This is the fourth consecutive year Torrey Hills has been named to the prestigious list.

The 2012 Inc. 500|5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2008 to 2011. Torrey Hills grew 23 percent during this period. The company was also ranked No. 197 among fastest-growing manufacturing companies.

To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2008. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for profit, and independent -- not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies -- as of December 31, 2011. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2008 is $100,000; the minimum for 2011 is $2 million.
